Description
We started preparing this land for cultivation in 2015, using natural fertilizers and chemical-free pesticides. Today, it is a dense orchard made of different varieties of Apple trees, Plums, Apricot, Persimmon, Kiwi & Walnut Trees.
We also grow potatoes, beans, peas, garlic, ginger, barley, corn & sunflower between seasons.
While ensuring we don't use any chemicals on our farm, we are constantly experimenting with sustainable farming practices like agro-forestry & permaculture, and learning every day.
Our remote farm (the nearest town Solan is 70 km away) with its distinctly pure air and clear water has been a tourist attraction for travelers from Chandigarh 120 km away.
HVAF Farm is a venture by Manoj Singh Habbi.
He was running an animation studio in Chandigarh for more than a decade when he decided to move in permanently.
He has been giving his heart and soul to HVAF since 2015
Currently we ship SCARLET SPUR (II) variety each apple will be around 80gm-100Gm each
