A new company called Yupaa Fresh Pvt. Ltd has been formed by three well-known entities: Yupaa International, Yupaa Valley, and the Capespan Group. The Capespan Group, also known as CGL, is a company that invests in and manages various businesses related to fresh produce and logistics internationally. They offer high-quality products, value-added products, and related services. Capespan works closely with international retail, wholesale, and food service partners in over 60 countries on five continents. They ensure that the fruit meets the specific requirements of their marketing divisions worldwide. Additionally, Capespan provides supply service solutions to international fruit trading partners. In Yupaa Fresh Pvt. Ltd, the Capespan Group owns a 35% share, while the majority shareholding is owned by the Karvat family. Together, these entities aim to bring their expertise and resources to provide exceptional fruit and services to customers around the world.
